With the aim of bringing more autonomy to your analysis, STILINGUE has developed a clock that calculates the average time your social media searches are collected. 

This feature brings more transparency to the collection cycle of the panel (according to the contracted SLA and the number of registered keywords) and also facilitates the optimization of your monitoring, as it offers the possibility to change the settings according to the clock information. 

For the entire platform, STILINGUE guarantees a data collection SLA of 99.0% per month according to the contracted plan. 

Access the Configuration area through the side menu or the card.

The summary is located at the bottom of the Edit Search page. There, you will find a compilation of detailed information about the dashboard that directly impacts your Search Configuration, such as:

• Contracted plan;
• Selected channels;
• Details of search quantities in the context, group, theme, etc.

Note: the data presented in this area is structured according to the specifications of your research. The period indicated in "Start" represents the date the dashboard was created, while "Users" indicates the number of people with access to this research.
