Save Search January 22, 2024 16:38 Updated Understand the difference between the options for saving changes to your Search Configuration After you finish making changes in Edit search, you have the following options at the top or in the bar at the bottom of the page: See below for more details about each of these options: 1. Back This option returns to the STILINGUE home screen. 2. Access War-Room By clicking here, you can exit the Search Settings directly to the collected publications wall. 3. Save and reprocess If you want to apply changes to your Search Configuration that affect publications already collected (such as adding or deleting terms, activating some functions, etc.), choose the “Save and Reprocess” option. When carrying out this action, the changes will be applied to the last 100 thousand publications collected, and the search will be readjusted according to this new configuration. The search will also undergo reprocessing. To learn more about this detail, access the guide. Note: If a term in one of your search Groups is deleted, the publications collected using this term will also be deleted, as they are no longer part of the panel. It is important to consider this possibility before choosing "Save and reprocess" or "Save without reprocessing". 4. Save without reprocessing When selecting the option without reprocessing, publications already inserted in the search will not be affected by the new changes. The modified rules will only be valid for those collected after the “Save without reprocessing” option is applied to the configuration. Observation: By clicking "Save and Reprocess" or "Save without Reprocessing", the Search Setup will remain on the same screen so you can continue editing. This makes it easier to ensure that your editing work is not lost due to a connection failure. If you wish to return to the STILINGUE home screen, click the Back button, or if you prefer to go directly to the Publications Wall of your research, click Access War-Room. Important! In case of tag removal, if you click save without reprocessing or save and reprocess, the classified publications will lose their tags.
