Introduction

Learn how to use a specific operator for classifying posts collected via Twitter Enterprise

The Twitter Enterprise operator was developed to categorize only tweets collected by the Twitter Enterprise service within the same theme, providing the total volume of posts related to your search terms (unlike the standard Twitter collection, which is a sample). 

 

With this operator, you can filter only the theme related to Twitter Enterprise if you are interested in analyzing the collected volume without considering other tweets brought in by the standard collection. This functionality can be useful for understanding whether it is necessary to review the number of terms used (since the number of terms available in this service is limited), creating automations related to the theme to optimize time, or excluding posts from the search to have more space.

How it works?

The operator twitterenterprise:* is exclusive to themes and will classify only tweets from the Twitter Enterprise group (i.e., designed solely for this collection). To use the feature correctly, it is necessary for the operator to be isolated in a specific theme, dedicated solely to this classification.

 

After including the new topic and saving the research, you can select the content sorted by the Publications Filter and view the posts in the Publications Wall or in the Overview area:

 

 

It is important to emphasize that the operator will only work if Twitter Enterprise collection is enabled in some group of your Search Configuration.
