How it works Before starting the analysis, it is important to explain how the percentage displayed below the values in this area is calculated. This is a comparative percentage calculated based on the percentage of the period prior to the applied filter. Example: When analyzing the numbers in the image above, if you selected a 30-day range in the filter, the percentage indicates that the number of collected posts increased by 9% compared to the previously applied filter. Time filter Another important point is that the applied period also takes into account the times, not just the dates. In other words, if you apply a filter considering the following parameters: (01/11/2020 at 00:00 to 30/11/2020 at 23:59)Then the calculation of the presented percentage will be done by comparing this period to the previous period, including the date and exact time as indicated in the filter: (02/10/2020 at 00:00 to 31/10/2020 at 23:59) 1. Analyzes and recommendations It is possible to make notes and considerations regarding selected data through filters. Note: the Analyses and Recommendations field is saved according to the filter parameters, i.e.: for each applied filter, different notes may be presented. However, changing the report date does not alter the Analyses and Recommendations. 2. Overview Only the title of the area you are navigating. 3. Export Report By clicking on this icon, the system opens a new page with all the data and graphs presented in the Overview. Then, you can create a PDF file to save this information and also print it. Click the "Generate Report" button in the top-left corner on the new page. 4. Reload This icon reloads the entire page, updating the data. 5. Collected Publications Total number of publications collected according to the selected filter. The arrow indicates the percentage of decrease or increase considering the interval from the first day to the last day of the date range. Note: when performing a Conversation Filter in this area, there may be a difference in the number of collected posts by selecting two types of filters: all pages at once and selecting pages separately in another filter. This happens because if a user makes a mention (this option must be considered in the filter) and tags two different proprietary pages in the same post, only one mention will be counted in "Collected Posts". 6. Total Users Number of publishing profiles in the analyzed period. The total users are obtained by summing up unique users divided by channel, according to each social media platform. For example, Facebook and Facebook comments. 7. Potential Reach This metric considers the following value: 20% of the number of distinct followers, i.e., those that do not repeat within the search. The highlighted number for Potential Reach is taken from the user with the highest number of followers. 20% is then deducted from this data. Note: the term "N/A" may be displayed in this field instead of numeric metrics. This result indicates that there is not enough data returned for the calculation. If you select the Conversation Filter and exclude proprietary posts, for example, the number won't appear, as Potential Reach refers to the number of followers in the sample (filter). 8. Sentiment Index Within this area, you can check the total positive posts minus the negative ones. 9. Publications Over Time Number of publications collected during the analyzed period. 10. Update Only the card will be updated, reloading the existing data. 11. Export the graph You can also download all the graphs on the page separately. To do this, click on the icon to choose the file format and start the export.
