Learn how to optimize the use of Suggested Groups in your search. The creation of Groups is a crucial step in the Search Configuration, as they are responsible for collecting posts on your dashboard. By planning and configuring Groups correctly, you can achieve more effective data collection for your analyses, which also positively impacts data display and other operations on the platform. With this in mind, STILINGUE has created Suggested Groups as a tool to further assist you in this process, through Artificial Intelligence. In this guide, we will present to you best practices to make the most of what this feature can offer. Make sure your search is collecting posts in Portuguese Suggested Groups bring terms and network operators related to the searched brands for collection, and these suggestions were initially programmed for terms and pages in Portuguese. STILINGUE's Product team has been studying possible evolutions to encompass other languages for this functionality, such as Spanish, for example. Remember to use the "parent brand" name For the system to suggest terms or network operators, the name used must be the name of the "parent brand", the masterbrands. In this initial implementation of this new functionality, it will not be possible to search for subsidiary brands. Example: it is not possible to search for the Brahma brand in Suggested Groups, but it is possible to search for Ambev. With Suggested Groups, you don't need to monitor the same page through the Add Profiles section The Add Profiles field serves as an additional guarantee that certain posts from pages of interest will be collected. Since the operators of these pages will have already been added via Suggested Groups, there is no need to add them again in the Add Profiles section. To monitor a brand solely through its descriptors, use the Organic option In this option, the platform suggests terms related to the brand when searching for the desired name, as shown in the image below. If you want to monitor a brand using network operators, opt for the Profiles option Here, the platform will already indicate the network operators with their respective IDs for each social media network of the brand that are available for collection. For monitoring combining terms and network operators, choose the Organic + Profiles option This way, the platform adds the terms related to the brand along with the network operators and the IDs of social media for a more comprehensive collection: Edit the terms of the brands you are monitoring whenever necessary In this area, there is no limit to editing. You can include, delete, and modify groups whenever you feel the need. But remember that anything entered manually can be deleted if another suggested group is selected in place of the current edit (a warning message is displayed in these cases). Alternatively, you can copy the content entered in the Group using the icon on the right corner and then paste it into another document for record and future reference. Attention! Don't forget to save the edits you make by clicking Save and Reprocess. Remember to include terms that optimize your dashboard When adding a term within a suggested group, remember that the term will be collected and applied to that specific group. So, if necessary, use operators to help make the collection more accurate. For more information on operators, read the guide.
