Zoom is a feature available in various modules of the STILINGUE platform, allowing you to explore a specific segment of Listening in more detail to find relevant data for publication analysis. How to access By clicking on one of the system's graphs, you can view various information such as channels with the highest number of publications, related terms, top publishers, sentiment distribution, among others. While graphs in areas like Overview and Discoveries provide a holistic view (based on the chosen filter), zoom offers a more in-depth cut of this graph, bringing together key data related to a specific Group or sentiment, for example. Practical examples When accessing the Overview within the Summary Module, you can click on segments of the graphs to open the zoom with more information about that segment: The Related terms, within Discoveries, also allows zooming in to analyze the terms displayed in the graph: You can also access this option in the Publication Filter, present in the Wall and other areas of Listening. When setting the filter parameters (or opting for saved filters), click on the Zoom button located in the bottom corner, next to Apply: Zoom Elements - Listening Now, let's look at the details about the elements that make up this functionality. Within the Zoom screen, we can divide the information as follows: Initial analysis 1. Posts Total number of publications according to the Zoom selection. Hover over the number to see more details about the analyzed volume. 2. Interactions Sum of verified interactions in Zoom selection. Hovering over the number allows you to visualize the distribution by interaction (likes, comments, and shares). 3. Total people Count of users who made posts. 4. Potential Reach This metric is equivalent to 20% of the sum of followers of the social media profiles in the sample. 5. Sort with current filter This feature opens a new page in the Sort area based on the current Zoom filter settings. Depending on the chart, it may not be possible to open Sort. 6. Export Report Allows downloading the Zoom report as a PDF file. 7. Instant Filters Click the icon to create a new filter parameter, which will be displayed within Zoom. 8. Return to initial zoom Within Zoom, at any time, you can click on the charts for an even more specific analysis. To return to the initial zoom, simply click on this icon. 9. Date range Indicates the time interval of the analyzed cut in Zoom. 10. Evolution over time Shows the movement of publications over time, based on the selected dates in the filter. The total number of publications is the number of individual publications. This number of publications is higher precisely because each user can post more than once on a specific topic. 2.
