Learn how to find and organize the key numbers, Groups, and Themes driving your research

The Statistics section is part of the Summary Module and provides data on the total number of publications collected by your research so far, based on the selected filter. The chart is divided into two main segments, showing the volume of publications within the Groups and Themes created in the Research Configuration.

 

How to access

 To access this section, click on the left sidebar, below Overview: 

 

The presentation of this chart is static. This means that there will be no addition of new columns; the data will be consolidated in the existing columns.

For example: if you apply a date filter considering the range from 02/01/20 to 02/01/21, this value will be condensed in the existing column for the month 02/01/20, instead of creating a new column for the last searched date. 

 

1. General data

Provides the quantity of publications per period (current day, week, and month), gross value of classified publications, and total quantity of publications. 

2. Show Top Groups/Themes

Organizes the distribution of Groups and Themes among: Top 10, 20, or 30 with the highest volume of publications, or all.

3. Sort

Allows you to view the sequence of Groups and Themes according to their total volume, forming a gradual scale from the largest to the smallest in the number of publications. 

4. Export Report

At any time, the chart can be exported as a file in formats: PNG, JPEG, SVG, CSV, or XLS. Or as a complete report in PDF. Another possibility is to export individual publication charts by Group and Theme by clicking on the icon located in the right corner of each chart.

5. Reload

Updates the chart data according to the collected publications.

 

More possibilities

You can also hide a specific Theme or Group from the chart by clicking on its respective name at the bottom of each frame:

 

Zoom

Similar to various other graphs in STILINGUE, clicking on the item to be analyzed also allows you to get more details through Zoom.
