Channel distribution In this graph, the results of the search regarding channels that were collected are displayed. These channels correspond to those enabled in your Search Configuration for the tool to collect. Note: when selecting the Conversation Filter in the Overview and zooming in on the Channel Distribution graph, you will notice that there is no distinction between the types of interactions presented in the Zoom. For example, Facebook has a series of interactions defined as comments (comments on posts, comments on visitor posts, comments on mentions, and comments on reviews). Despite this differentiation, all these interactions are grouped and displayed as just one channel in Zoom. 2. Influencers - AAA Ranking The ranking is a survey of who the influencers are during the analyzed interval, based on the AAA Ranking by STILINGUE. There are two types of calculations to determine the ranking presented in this area: For searches that have up to 5 million posts, the calculation is done through the criteria: Attractiveness, Affinity, and Reach. For searches with more than 5 million posts, only the metrics of "Hot" and the highest "Followers/Subscribers" from the filter are considered. Due to the different calculation for these two situations, there may be discrepancies between the values displayed in the Overview section and other parts of the system. 3. Sentiment Distribution This graph shows the sentiments (positive, negative, and neutral) of your monitoring during the analyzed period. 4. Gender Distribution It informs about the genders of the authors of the posts: male, female, or organization (in the case of pages and institutional profiles). Note: not always the total data shown in this graph will be equal to the total posts displayed by the filter. This happens because the graph counts only the gender of the authors, while the filter counts the total posts. 5. Interest Distribution It presents the interests (niches) related to users who had posts collected in your search. 6. Device Distribution The graph shows how many people used a computer, phone, or tablet to make the posts. Take a closer look at how some cards are presented. Graphics icon Switch the chart type to pie or bar by clicking on the icon: Show common In the Interest Distribution card, you can select the "Show Common" option so that the tool also considers in the graph the posts not classified in any interest category. Hide unclassified By selecting this option, the tool will show results that have not been classified in any of the sentiment options (positive, negative, and neutral).
