Index:
Learn how users on your page are evaluating the published content or the service offered by your company.
The reviews on Facebook are crucial for understanding the user's opinion about your page and also for gauging their satisfaction with the type of content and the quality of information available. You can track these data through the STILINGUE's Proprietary Metrics module.
In the sidebar menu, access the Reviews chart:
Similar to the Publications section, you can arrange which messages you would like to see first.
Reviews
1. Social Network
Indicates the social network on which the post was made. Additionally, by clicking this icon, you will be redirected to the review within Facebook.
2. Photo
User's photo on the social network. By clicking here, you are directed to the Influencer Dossier.
Note: In some cases, the user's photo is not returned by the social network and does not appear on the platform. This is a limitation of the Facebook API.
3. Name
User's name on the social network. Similarly to what happens with the photo, you are also redirected to view the Influencer Dossier.
4. Page
Name of the page where the evaluation was made.
5. Date
Day and time when the evaluation was made by the user.
6. Text
Message sent along with the evaluation.
7. Read Publication
If the text of the evaluation exceeds the size of the card, you can click on this icon to view the complete message.
8. View Interactions
You will be directed to another screen where you can respond and rate the evaluation, as well as access other data. To find out what information is available in this area, click here.
9. Tags
Apply tags to the interactions made on the proprietary page. By including the tags in the Search Configuration, you can locate them in this field.
10. Add tags
Here it's possible to apply tags to the publication, and if desired, to all the comments associated with it:
Note: if new comments are made on an already tagged publication, it's necessary to apply the tag to the comments again to keep the classification up-to-date.
11. General metrics
The evaluation metrics are divided among: reactions, shares, comments, video views (if the format is video), and followers.
Observation: Meta's API returns the number of post views, even for posts in video format. This means that the view count represents the number of times that post was seen and not necessarily the number of times the video was played.
The video may not have been started, or it may have only begun autoplay, for example, which already counts as a view.
12. Sentiment
See the sentiments expressed in each comment on the publication.
13. Group
Find out which group the post was collected from.
14. Theme
Learn the theme by which the publication was classified.
Advanced Options
Here are actions you can perform directly on the card, without having to access the social network to extract data.
1. Access Original Publication
Clicking here gives you access to the link of the original evaluation.
2. Copy link from original publication
Copy the link of the publication without having to go to Facebook.
3. Copy publication id
Similarly, copy the publication ID.
