Applying the feature descriptor allows you to classify and filter the publications on your dashboard according to unique characteristics, such as the collection source, media type, and integrations with bots.Before you startYou must add the descriptor using the exact syntax structure feature:value in a Topic within your search configuration. Publications that match this rule will be classified with the specified Topic. What it is and how it worksThe STILINGUE platform brings together various data sources and formats to optimize your analysis. The "feature" descriptor makes it easier to classify these publications.By configuring this descriptor, you can cross-reference and match data with any element in our list of mapped features. Features available in the systemBelow, we detail all the features available in the system so that you can categorize your interactions correctly:1. Source and Import HASHTAG: Indicates whether the interaction is a publication collected via hashtags. TWITTER_ENTERPRISE: Indicates whether the interaction is a publication collected from Twitter through the Enterprise API. WEBHOOK: Indicates that the interaction was collected through a webhook pipeline. IMPORTED: Indicates whether the publication is data imported directly into the tool. <ARBITRARY ID/STRING>: Indicates a value defined (set) by Reclame Aqui containing the company's value or name. 2. Listening Configuration and Behavior INDIVIDUAL_ROOT_INTERACTION: Used for interactions that can always become the root (root interaction) of a conversation. Currently, this feature is used for Twitter interactions that exhibit this behavior. FORCE_LISTENING: Indicates that the publication will be forced to appear in the Listening module (has_name=true). 3. Bot and Channel Integrations (Blip)Includes integrations with the Blip bot, specifically the channels provided by the Blip platform. You must use the following values: BLIP_CHAT TANGRAM TAKE.IO MESSENGER INSTAGRAM WHATSAPP AZUREBOTSERVICE GOOGLE_BUSINESS_MESSAGES SKYPE TELEGRAM 4. Media and Content (Instagram and Social Networks) Instagram media_product_type: Refers to the Instagram media type, as described in Meta's documentation. The possible values for use in this configuration are: AD FEED STORY REELS CAROUSEL: Carousel-type post. Currently, this feature is used exclusively for the Instagram social network. INBOX_STORY_MENTION: Identifies whether an Instagram Direct Message (DM) comes from a mention. INBOX_STORY_REPLY: Identifies whether an Instagram Direct Message (DM) comes from a reply to a story. INBOX_SHARE: Identifies whether an Instagram Direct Message (DM) comes from a share. UNSUPPORTED_MEDIA: Indicates whether the interaction contains media that is not supported by the social network's API and therefore has empty content. This rule is currently used for Instagram DMs. 5. Specific Message Types PRIVATE_REPLY: Indicates whether the mapped interaction is a private reply. EMOJI_ONLY: Indicates publications whose content consists exclusively of emojis. MENTIONS_ONLY: Indicates publications whose content consists exclusively of mentions of other profiles. For example, if you want to categorize posts strictly in carousel format, you must use the following structure: feature:CAROUSEL.
