Context

This article aims to present WarRoom's 'Zoom Insights' functionality, a resource that combines STILINGUE data intelligence + GPT synthesis to generate insights, transforming complex searches (Publications, Articles, News and customer feedback, etc.) in instant insights, freeing up time for the team to dedicate themselves to assertive marketing strategies.

 

Explanation

Get instant insights with GPT, together with STILINGUE data intelligence, within the Zoom. O 'Zoom Insights’, available from SLA Ultra, uses theGPT 3.5 turbo to analyze up to 100 publications +Hot in the context of the panel, search and filter defined in Zoom, generating personalized insights.

1.Export Insights button:

 This button allows the user to export (in image format) the insights presented.

2.Generate more Insights button:

This button allows the user to generate 3 new insights. The component will load, update the insights and the user will then be able to view them.

3.Rate Button:

The user You can use this button to rate the experience using Insights.

4.List of Social Networks:

This line, which contains icons and percentages of social networks, shows the user where the publications used to generate that insight are from.

5.List of terms related to insight:

These are clickable related terms. If the user clicks on one of the components, a new search will be performed that will return: results of the current search in which the clicked correlated term appears.

6.Like button:

By clicking, the user informs that they liked the insight.

7.Dislike button:

By clicking, the user informs that they did not like the insight.

8.Copy insight button:

The user can copy the insight content via text.

9.Insight download button:

The user can download the image of the card containing the insight.

10. Expand button:
Shows the user which publications were used to generate that specific Insight.
